Hey, Mom! Talking to My Mother #408 - Talking again #5 - Liesel's birthday

Hi Mom,

Once again, it's Thursday and that means the rambling and disorganized stuff of my life, though sometimes with an over-arching theme, which for today is Liesel's birthday, which we celebrated yesterday as seen both above and below.

I am not going to do much rambling.

I took Liesel out to Ouzos with the kids, and then we came home and opened presents. I would list the presents here, but I suspect that I should not list the presents here.

It was a nice time. The birthday has extended into a birthday week with a trip to the Acapulco Mexican restaurant in Lawrence on Friday, Jack Kirkwood's 95th birthday on Saturday, and a movie on Sunday (all of which are forthcoming to the date and time of this entry).

I love doting on my wife. She works hard. She deserves it.

I will leave this here, then.

Liesel had to wear a Baseball cap at work right after telling me that she hates Baseball caps.

We all thought it was pretty funny.

NOTE on time: When I post late, I had been posting at 7:10 a.m. because Google is on Pacific Time, and so this is really 10:10 EDT. However, it still shows up on the blog in Pacific time. So, I am going to start posting at 10:10 a.m. Pacific time, intending this to be 10:10 Eastern time. I know this only matters to me, and to you, Mom. But I am not going back and changing all the 7:10 a.m. times. But I will run this note for a while. Mom, you know that I am posting at 10:10 a.m. often because this is the time of your death.
