Vintage Cheese

The best of the worst of the best of days gone by. Pop culture ephemera, detritus and brash trash.

Would this sign get you to stop and dine...?

Yes, this is a real movie poster...

Yes, this is a real book cover...

I did post about this next one because it was too good not to be a stand alone:

Margaret Atwood, not featured at VINTAGE CHEESE but on this blog, yesterday:

My, oh my, that's a big, rocket bullet launcher thing you have...

And check out the Big Red Cheese's helper... remember this is an issue from like 1941 or something.

Gimme those big, juicy meat balls...

ALL ALONG, WE KNEW, IT WAS THE ALIENS, HONEY...

HAPPY KRAMPUS DAY

This is how I learned all I learned in that there college...

Yes, a real movie...

Is that what you're looking for? A huge, metal rocket...?

Keith Richards

- New note - On 1807.06, I ceased daily transmission of my Hey Mom feature after three years of daily conversations. I plan to continue Hey Mom posts at least twice per week but will continue to post the days since ("Days Ago") count on my blog each day. The blog entry numbering in the title has changed to reflect total Sense of Doubt posts since I began the blog on 0705.04, which include Hey Mom posts, Daily Bowie posts, and Sense of Doubt posts. Hey Mom posts will still be numbered sequentially. New Hey Mom posts will use the same format as all the other Hey Mom posts; all other posts will feature this format seen here.
