I confess. I did not read the original Ladykiller; however, I may pick up the new one and then go back and read the previous.

Despite not reading Ladykiller, I adore Joelle Jones.

I may have to check out Zestworld, though I am not a huge fan of exclusively digital comics that never make their way to paper.

I like paper.

Lady Killer chronicles the bloody exploits of Josie Schuller, a seemingly stereotypical, '60s-era housewife who just so happens to moonlight as a contract killer. While the first two volumes of the series were published through Dark Horse Comics, Lady Killer Ltd. is exclusive to the Zestworld digital comics platform.

In addition to bringing Lady Killer to Zestworld, Jones is also taking part in a new program called Zestworld Super Scribbles, which allows fans to commission digital sketches from comic book creators. Other creators participating in the program include Jim Mahfood (Grrl Scouts), Phil Jimenez (Infinite Crisis) and David Marquez (Justice League).

Super Scribbles pieces are being offered as a monthly drop, with the goal being to give fans an affordable way of owning one-of-a-kind artwork, without the headaches and expense of collecting physical art. Note that these sketches aren't NFTs, but regular image files. You can see some of the sketches included in the latest Super Scribbles drop in the slideshow gallery below:

Lady Killer Ltd. will debut at some point in 2023. For now, Dark Horse has a Lady Killer hardcover collection if you want to catch up on the series so far. Lady Killer is also being adapted as a live-action film on Netflix, with Blake Lively attached to star and Juno's Diablo Cody writing.

- New note - On 1807.06, I ceased daily transmission of my Hey Mom feature after three years of daily conversations. I plan to continue Hey Mom posts at least twice per week but will continue to post the days since ("Days Ago") count on my blog each day. The blog entry numbering in the title has changed to reflect total Sense of Doubt posts since I began the blog on 0705.04, which include Hey Mom posts, Daily Bowie posts, and Sense of Doubt posts. Hey Mom posts will still be numbered sequentially. New Hey Mom posts will use the same format as all the other Hey Mom posts; all other posts will feature this format seen here.
