A Sense of Doubt blog post #3225 - Recent and Random Comic Book ART & Cover Gallery for COMICBOOK SUNDAY 2312.17

ABOVE: Alex Ross' Superman-Darth Vader. Who would win? How is that even a question?

Time for a big comic book art gallery, mostly covers, mostly from recent comics. And some of the recent ones, like the first Batman one, are not ones I have read. I just like the cover.

I do love the John Romita Jr. covers of The Amazing Spider-Man Gang War series. I also love the Dan More World's Finest stuff. I love anything by either of these artists. The Moonknight cover for the death of the character is also very arresting for the attention.

There's an old bonus cover of Sub-Mariner, which I am pretty sure is Gene Colan.

Also, a Green Arrow and Black Canary illustration by Love Everlasting artist  Elsa Charretier.

Then, of course, once I grab one World's Finest: Teen Titans comic cover, I have to grab all six! Though Titans are neither my favorite team or comic (that goes to Fantastic Four), they are what I wrote fan fiction for and they come in second with Legion of Superheroes nearly tied, but in a close third place.

- New note - On 1807.06, I ceased daily transmission of my Hey Mom feature after three years of daily conversations. I plan to continue Hey Mom posts at least twice per week but will continue to post the days since ("Days Ago") count on my blog each day. The blog entry numbering in the title has changed to reflect total Sense of Doubt posts since I began the blog on 0705.04, which include Hey Mom posts, Daily Bowie posts, and Sense of Doubt posts. Hey Mom posts will still be numbered sequentially. New Hey Mom posts will use the same format as all the other Hey Mom posts; all other posts will feature this format seen here.
