A Sense of Doubt blog post #1857 - Frodo Lives: "I wish it need not happened in my time"

A Sense of Doubt blog post #1857 - Frodo Lives: "I wish it need not happened in my time"

A close friend of mine sent me this quote reminding me of the heavy weight some of us bear, like health care workers especially. Also, grocery workers who are still in person checking through groceries while many of the rest of us stay home. HEROES.

I am so impressed with most people right now. People are helping each other, despite the selfish hoarders who are harming others with their stockpiling of essential goods. That's a comment especially for the home owners nearby who has over 100 rolls of toilet paper in their garage. I have maybe 15 rolls?

Heroes would share.

Heroes would help.

Take that ring to Mordor and throw it in the volcano.

Also, this was my French phrase on today's Page-a-Day calendar:

Prenez bien soin de vous. Je vous souhaite une récupération repide.

Which means "take good care of yourself/yourselves.
I wish you a quick recovery.

- New note - On 1807.06, I ceased daily transmission of my Hey Mom feature after three years of daily conversations. I plan to continue Hey Mom posts at least twice per week but will continue to post the days since ("Days Ago") count on my blog each day. The blog entry numbering in the title has changed to reflect total Sense of Doubt posts since I began the blog on 0705.04, which include Hey Mom posts, Daily Bowie posts, and Sense of Doubt posts. Hey Mom posts will still be numbered sequentially. New Hey Mom posts will use the same format as all the other Hey Mom posts; all other posts will feature this format seen here.
