Hi Mom,

I don't have much to say today, which is actually Sunday because I am behind again, certainly nothing creative.

I like mayonaise comes to mind as I just made a meatloaf sandwich with yellow mustard (the wrong brand), ketchup (sugar not HFCS), and dill pickle slices. I was out of lettuce.

I am sure at the age one and a half years in the picture above I was not eating meatloaf sandwiches.

Pretty cool jacket. Are those Baseball logos? I think so because I remember seeing the jacket in the saved clothes. You were so loathe to part with things that had sentimental value, Mom, a trait I have inherited.

Dad is looking cool in this picture and he still dresses like that. Often he just wears a sweatshirt.

Short today because I am behind as I indicated and the lack of creativity.

But it's a nice picture.

I may miss you a lot, Mom, but I have learned to live with it, to accept it, because you're dead. If there's a heaven (or a state of existence beyond this one) and it's like people say it is, then I will "see" you again (experience your presence), but I miss Dad more actively. He's still on the planet in physical form; it's just that I am about 2000 miles away.

NEW (written 1708.27 and 1907.04) NOTE on time: I am now in the same time zone as Google! So, when I post at 10:10 a.m. PDT to coincide with the time of your death, Mom, I am now actually posting late, so it's really 1:10 p.m. EDT. But I will continue to use the time stamp of 10:10 a.m. to remember the time of your death, Mom. I know this only matters to me, and to you, Mom. Dropped "Talk to you tomorrow, Mom" in the sign off on 1907.04. Should have done it sooner as this feature is no longer daily.
