Hi Mom,
As you know, I mired deeply in exams, studying for exams, giving exams, final grades, and the like.
Mostly now, it's a long and rough trail from here to Pre-Calculus Friday morning.
So, today, and tomorrow, I will let pictures do the talking.
This picture was taken during our trip, Liesel's and mine, to Scotland in May 2015 (May 21st to be exact... at 3-ish in the afternoon, Scotland time). In the background, you can sort of see the Skeabost Bridge on the Isle of Skye, near Portree and the intersection of A850 and a road that Google maps will not identify.
Skeabost Bridge traverses the Rover Tora, and this lovely site, pelted with rain on that day in May, is out front of Keepers Cottage accomodations, a lodge for travelers.
We were on our way to the distillery in Talisker.
Best raincoat ever.
Arguably, this is my favorite picture of me and Liesel from 2015 (so it will be on our Christmas Card) and one of my favorite pictures ever.
The raincoat is a promise.
Like the others, we will weather this storm, too.
Have someone give you a kiss, and tell you that I love you.
